Andy was appointed as the Director of the Granville Recreation District in May 2010. Prior to this role, Andy worked as the Director of the Barberton Parks and Recreation Department in Barberton, Ohio. As director, he was responsible for the maintenance of more than 200 acres of park land, programming and coordination of recreational activities. Through collaboration with the Barberton YMCA, he helped to spearhead the design and construction of a 60,000 square-foot Community Center and Active Adult Center. Andy graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management. Andy and his wife, Dallas, have 2 children and live in Granville Township.

Lesa has been active in Granville Recreation activities for many years. Lesa was Co-Director of the Granville Recreation Commission from 1997-2009. During the formation of the GRD, Lesa played many roles including Director, Program Director and Advisory Committee leader. Lesa currently serves as Program Director, and is Chair of the Advisory Committee. She and her husband Jerry live in Granville and have 3 children.

Janet, a Granville native, began serving as a volunteer for the Granville Recreation Commission in 2000 after retiring from teaching 1st grade. She served as Treasurer for the Commission for several years, and was hired as Administrative Assistant upon the formation of the Granville Recreation District. Janet lives in Granville with her husband John and have 2 children.

The Granville Recreation District (GRD) Executive Director and its Board of Directors are pleased to introduce Chris Skidmore as the Youth Sports Coordinator. Skidmore will be responsible for managing all youth sports programs and activities for the GRD. Skidmore brings recreation experience from Oak Park, Illinois where he previously managed youth sport programs and recreation activities. Skidmore previously worked for Anderson Township Park District in Cincinnati as the recreation supervisor for youth and adult programming. Skidmore holds a BS in Sport Management/Leisure Studies from Kent State University and is a certified Parks and Recreation Professional. Chris and his wife, Kelly, have 1 child and live in Granville.
