GRC PROGRAMS ARE OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF AND IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OF PERSONS EMPLOYED IN BUSINESSES THAT ARE LOCATED IN GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP AND THE GRANVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT. IF THESE CRITERIA ARE NOT MET, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN GRC PROGRAMS.

TO REGISTER FOR GRC PROGRAMS:

TEAM SPORTS registrations are held throughout the year. Notification of upcoming registrations is published the Granville Sentinel, in our seasonal program booklets and on this website. Registration for SPRING SOCCER, SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL is completed.

For PROGRAM Registration, simply print out the program registration form from the SIGNUP FORMS page of this website or use the form on the inside of any GRC program booklet. This form MAY NOT be used for TEAM SPORTS. Email or telephone messages do not guarantee program enrollment; completed registration forms and payment must be received by the GRC before the start of the program.

Fill out the form, attach check or money order, and either drop off at Granville Village Hall, 141 E. Broadway, or mail to the GRC, PO Box 483, Granville OH 43023.

Registration continues on an ongoing basis until classes are filled or the registration deadline passes.

If a class is filled or cancelled for insufficient enrollment, the GRC will call you and return your registration payment.

If you need to withdraw from a GRC program, please do so 48 hours in advance and your registration fees will be refunded.

GRC programs are held throughout Granville at a variety of facilities including Raccoon Valley Park, McPeek Lodge, Wildwood Park, Granville Schools, Teen Center, Robbins Hunter Museum, etc.

The GRC assesses a fee of $10 per program or team sports registration to those individuals who are NOT residents of Granville Township, since they do not contribute to our GRC Tax Levy.

THE GRACE DILS MEMORIAL FUND has been established to help defray, or pay for, the Registration Fee of any child wishing to participate in any Granville Recreation Commission activity who may not be able to do so because of the cost involved. If you wish your child to participate and have a portion of or the entire Registration Fee paid for by THE GRACE DILS MEMORIAL FUND, please contact the GRC at 587-1976. All inquiries are confidential.

SEEKING NEW PROGRAMS! The GRC is interested in EXPANDING our program offerings. Are you interested in teaching an evening or weekend class or offering a special program? Classes can be offered for adults, parent/child, or children of any age. If you are interested, there is a new program form on the SIGNUP FORMS page of this website.
