Pre-K Soccer League (Co-ed)

This program will be a very basic introduction to the game of soccer.  Teams meet one day a week at Wildwood Park where time is split between practice and games.  All participants receive a team jersey.  Shin guards are required and cleats are optional but encouraged.  All games are 4 v 4 with volunteer coaches serving as officials.

K Soccer League (Co-ed)

This group will practice one day a week and play weekly games on Saturdays.  All practices and games take place at Wildwood Park and all participants receive a team jersey.  Shin guards are required and cleats are optional but encouraged.  All games are 4 v 4 with volunteer coaches serving as officials.

1st Grade Soccer League (Co-ed)

This group will practice one day a week and play weekly games on Saturdays.  All practices and games take place at Wildwood Park and all participants receive a team jersey.  Shin guards are required and cleats are optional but encouraged.  All games are 4 v 4 with volunteer coaches serving as officials.

2nd Grade Soccer League (Co-ed)

This group will practice one day a week and play weekly games on Saturdays.  All practices and games take place at Wildwood Park and all participants receive a team jersey.  Shin guards are required and cleats are optional but encouraged.  All games are 4 v 4 with volunteer coaches serving as officials.

3rd/4th Grade Soccer League (Separate boys and girls divisions)

GRD teams will compete in the Columbus East Soccer Association League (CESA).  Teams will practice several days a week and play one-two games each week.  All matches will take place near Easton.  Teams will compete against communities in the Columbus suburbs.  Shin guards and cleats are required.  All players will receive a jersey.  All games will be played 7 v 7 with a size 4 ball.  Standings will be kept and an end of season tournament will complete each season.

5th/6th Grade Soccer League (Separate boys and girls divisions)

GRD teams will compete in the Columbus East Soccer Association League (CESA).  Teams will practice several days a week and play one-two games each week.  All matches will take place near Easton.  Teams will compete against communities in the Columbus suburbs.  Shin guards and cleats are required.  All players will receive a jersey and navy socks.  All games will be played 9 v 9 with a size 4 ball.  Standings will be kept and an end of season tournament will complete each season.

Middle School Soccer League (Separate boys and girls divisions)

The Granville Boys and Girls Middle School Soccer Program is available to 7th and 8th-grade students. The head coach will be a certified/paid coach and will be teamed with parent assistants. The program will focus on the development of fundamentals and individual skills. The GRD MS soccer program is a feeder to the GHS soccer teams.

Teams will participate in the Middle School Soccer Association (MSSA).  Evaluations (TBA) will be used to determine teams -if necessary.  Practices will be held a maximum of 3 times per week with games twice per week (Wednesday/Thursday and Saturday – game days may be subject to change).

Practices and home games will take place at Raccoon Valley Park (RVP).  Home games will be played at RVP with Away games played in various Columbus suburbs. All games will be played 11 v 11 with goalies.  Standings will be kept by MSSA and an end of season tournament will complete each season.
