How to Register / Signup Forms

ELIGIBILITY: GRANVILLE REC PROGRAMS ARE OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF AND IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OF PERSONS EMPLOYED IN BUSINESSES THAT ARE LOCATED IN THE GRANVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Notification of upcoming registrations is published the Granville Sentinel, in our seasonal program booklets and on this website.

For PROGRAM Registration, simply print out the program registration form below. This form MAY NOT be used for TEAM SPORTS.

Mail your registration form along with payment to:

Or drop off at Granville Village Hall, 141 E. Broadway. 

Program registration is not accepted via email or telephone; completed registration forms and payment must be received before the registration deadline.

Registration continues on an ongoing basis until classes are filled or the registration deadline passes. If a class is filled or cancelled for insufficient enrollment, Granville Rec will call you and return your registration payment. If you need to withdraw from a Granville Rec program, please do so 48 hours in advance and your registration fees will be refunded.

Click on the form you need below (or right-click and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As", if clicking doesn't work for you), use your browser's PRINT command to print it.
