5 weeks (March 26^th and go through  April 30^th )  

   There is no fee for this program.

This program is designed for 2^nd .  grade  students to develop a deeper appreciation for nature and our environment. We are willing to accept children a year younger or older if space permits.    The curriculum is created by Denison University student volunteers, and activities include hiking, identifying animals, and learning about nature-related topics such as the seasons, animal camouflage, and plant uses.  This after-school program consists of 5 , 1  hour-long sessions at Spring Valley Park on Friday  afternoons. 

We need a Non-Denison Release form signed for each participant.  We can email that to you and it can be returned the first day of class.
