JUNIOR GARDENERS

Saturdays at 9:00 AM from May 8 - August 7, Community Gardens at Wildwood

The Granville Junior Gardener Program, a hands-on gardening program for kids, has been sponsored by the Granville Garden Club for more than 15 years. This years theme is SALSA!  And we'll grow veggies especially with that in mind - onions, tomatoes and peppers of all kinds, plus all the usual garden suspects. Children ages 8 and up are welcome to join our experienced gardeners and learn proper planting techniques, tool care, watering schedules and have a lot of fun, besides! First official day in the garden is May 8, though we will call on parents for 1 -2 hours on an April weekend to help get things ready.  Questions? Call Ginny Sharkey, 587-3478!  Max. 24
