GIS Running Club Program for 4th-6th Grade | #321610
Fees: $45.00 without shoe pruchase, $75.00 with shoe purchase.

Mission: The GIS Running Club introduces its members to the life-skill of running. We encourage children of all skill level to participate. We work very closely with the Granville Middle School Cross Country coach in an effort to mimic preparation for middle school running sports.

We will meet twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays 3:45-4:30 in the Gym and dismiss from inside the gym. We will begin the week of 4/7 and end on 5/21.

Inclement Weather:
We will still meet and use the GIS Gym versus going outside. If school is canceled for any reason, the Running Club will not meet.

It’s expected the children will participate and try their best and follow the direction of the coach in charge. We run the length of the GIS driveway. We do not go on the road at all. However, there is still traffic on the driveway and we need the children to understand ensuring their safety is our priority. Their cooperation is imperative.

NOTE: New this year we are offering a GES Rookie Runners program. See website for details!
