Returning for the fifth year, fourteen non-for-profit organizations will be hosting the week-long event “Turn Your Screen Off Week”, April 29 – May 5. Each organization is promoting turning off your screens for the week and experiencing/learning something new through these FREE program offerings. There is something for all age groups to enjoy!

Turn off those screens and tune in to the outdoors. We will have activities for everyone including a bungee trampoline, rock climbing

Sketchbook & Bookbinding Workshop
Create and design your own sketchbook using different types of paper and book binding techniques. Sketch books encourage creative exploration, journaling, doodling, writing, and more. Use your journal all week long as an alternative to the screen! Register your child, age 9 – 13 to explore the park and start a journal. Nature journaling incorporates art, writing, and scientific observations in a fun and relaxing way. It can include sketches, pressed plants,
