REPRESENTING THE RECREATIONAL NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY FOR 3-YEAR UNPAID TERMS.

Trustees have the power to initiate ballot issues, establish or change District policies, sign agreements, award contracts, and poses all of the powers similar to those of a Board of Education for a public school district.

The Board of Trustees hires an Executive Director to manage the day-to-day affairs of the recreation district. The Executive Director manages and directs the organization’s staff to manage operations.

 

Board Meetings: 1st & 3rd Thursdays @ 6PM

Held at the Granville Recreation District Office, 2nd Floor of the St. Luke’s Parish House, 118 South Main Street

Meetings address matters within the organization. All meetings are open to the public.
